Meet Maria

Maria Pizzuto-Wubs, owner of Joyfull Organizing and co-owner of Simply Clear Out, brings over 15 years of professional organizing experience. With a background in design, home building and remodeling, project management, and home staging, Maria thrives on big projects and the details that make them successful. Over the years, she has seen how overwhelming it can be for clients to part with cherished belongings when downsizing or right-sizing their homes. Maria guides clients through these decisions—whether it’s giving items to family, hosting an estate sale, selling online, or donating—with compassion and clarity.

Meet Renee

Renee Puccetti, owner of The Country Neighbors and co-owner of Simply Clear Out, has always had a passion for antiques and the stories they carry. Early in her marriage, she and her husband filled their first home with nostalgic pieces that reminded her of her grandmother’s Victorian home in Chicago. That love grew into a business, The Country Neighbors, where she specialized in buying and selling antiques. Over the years, Renee has sold online, in antique shops, and at markets, always with the belief that each piece deserves to be passed on with love to someone who will treasure it just as much as its original owner. When Renee met Maria, their skills naturally complemented each other, and she began helping sell items for Maria’s clients.

Together, Maria and Renee combined their expertise—Maria’s organizing and project management skills with Renee’s selling knowledge and experience—to create Simply Clear Out. Their mission is simple: to find the most efficient and cost-effective way to clear out a home, while treating every item and every client with care and respect.
